How Billing Works
SaaS Simplified uses a modular billing model. Instead of paying for a single subscription with all features, you only pay for the tools you actually use.
- Each tool can be added independently
- Each tool has a free tier and a Pro tier
- Pro tools are billed monthly as line items on a single invoice
- Add or remove tools anytime
Free Tier
Every tool has a generous free tier that's perfect for getting started. Free tiers include:
- Core functionality
- Limited usage (e.g., 3 endpoints, 5 connections)
- No credit card required
- No expiration
Pro Tier
Upgrade individual tools to Pro for unlimited usage and advanced features:
- Unlimited resources
- Advanced features (forwarding, custom headers, etc.)
- Longer retention periods
- Priority support

Your total monthly bill is the sum of all Pro tools you've added.
Managing Your Subscription
From the Billing page in your dashboard, you can:
- Add new tools (free or Pro)
- Upgrade tools from Free to Pro
- Downgrade tools from Pro to Free
- Remove tools entirely
- Cancel or reactivate your subscription
Upgrading and Downgrading
- Upgrading: Changes take effect immediately. You're billed prorated amount for the current period.
- Downgrading: Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Removing tools: You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You keep access to Pro features until the end of billing period
- After that, all tools are downgraded to free tier
- Your data is retained (within free tier limits)
- You can reactivate anytime
