In 2018, we started taking on freelance projects — mostly web apps, mostly solo. The projects got bigger. Clients started asking for mobile apps on top of the web work, then AI features on top of that. One person wasn't enough.
Rather than hire fast and dilute the work, we grew slowly — adding people only when the alternative was saying no to good clients. That's still how we operate. Every engineer on a project is senior. Every engagement gets the same attention whether it's a two-week sprint or a six-month build.

Discovery call
A 30-minute call to understand the problem, the constraints, and whether we're the right fit. No pitch deck.
Written scope
We send a written scope with a fixed quote within three business days. You own the document — no lock-in.
Build with weekly demos
Every week you see what's been built. No black-box development. You can redirect at any weekly checkpoint.
Ship
We handle deployment, DNS, monitoring setup. You get a handover doc and a 30-day bug-fix window on every project.
Optional retainer
If you want us to keep shipping after launch — new features, infrastructure, AI integrations — we offer a monthly retainer. One slot per quarter.
Senior, end to end
The person who quotes the work writes the code. No bait-and-switch, no junior teams, no PM layer between you and the engineer.
Own the outcome
We don't ship and disappear. If a thing breaks in production we fix it — even if the contract ended last quarter.
Boring transparency
Weekly demos, fixed quotes, written scopes, no surprise invoices. If something's off, we say so before you ask.
Fewer, better engagements
We take three or four new clients a quarter. We've turned down work we couldn't do well. We'd rather refer you out than half-ship.
